CCF believes every Angeleno deserves the opportunity to live a good life. To build a strategy worthy of that belief, we started by listening — engaging more than 2,000 Angelenos across every corner of Los Angeles County to ask what they believe that good life looks like, and what stands in the way. Their answers shaped the five priority areas that now guide our work.
When the basics — housing, health, essential services — are out of reach, everything else becomes harder. We work to change that because a region where everyone has a stable foundation is a region where everyone can thrive.
Every Angeleno deserves a pathway to economic security. We work to create and widen those routes through expanded access to education, job training and investment in the local businesses and entrepreneurs driving community wealth.
From clean air and healthy food to community-led public safety, we invest in what makes neighborhoods places where people can live well and look out for each other.
More than just good intentions, change requires accountability. We support the civic engagement and trusted media sources that empower community members to be part of the decisions impacting their lives.
Some of what Los Angeles has lost can be rebuilt. Some requires deeper healing. We invest in community programs and land restoration to help people recover and shape what comes next.
A legacy gift is one of the most meaningful ways to extend your commitment to Los Angeles beyond your lifetime — and the Sartori Circle is how CCF honors donors who choose to make that commitment.
Named for CCF founder Joseph Sartori, the Sartori Circle brings together people who have included CCF in their estate plans through a will, trust, or beneficiary designation, ensuring their values and philanthropic wishes continue to create opportunity for generations to come.
If you've ever wanted your giving to outlast you, we'd love to welcome you into this community.
